Character hard pity is 90 and there is no character 50/50. Cosmetics can still make banner spending expensive.

Does NTE have character 50/50?
No. Character banners guarantee the featured S-Class when an S-Class appears. The risk is still pull count, cosmetics, and Arc spending.
What should I check before pulling?
Check active codes, your current pity, and whether the character solves a role gap on your roster. Start with the no-50/50 guide.
